As the lead designer for the Dolby benefits account, my responsibility was to create a comprehensive benefits campaign that aligned with Dolby’s brand identity and engaged employees. The deliverables included three benefits guides, two print materials, a hosted microsite, flatscreen images, analytics reports, and video content.
The challenge was to craft an accessible and informative campaign that spanned a variety of touchpoints. Consistency across a wide variety of media formats—print, digital, and video—was essential, as was meeting Dolby’s high brand standards.
I immersed myself in Dolby’s existing brand identity, studying their visual language and tone of voice to ensure that my designs would resonate with their team. By understanding Dolby’s tech-driven and creative culture, I was able to take a more cinematic approach, elevating the materials with moodier tones and sharp contrasts.

The campaign was executed across multiple platforms, and Dolby expressed immense satisfaction with the design’s impact on employee engagement. The campaign stood out within the company, with Dolby likening the quality of the work to that of their internal brand team. Employee engagement with benefits information increased year-over-year, and the overall feedback from the Dolby team reinforced the effectiveness of the design choices.
I consistently adapt the campaign each year to reflect updated benefits offerings, while maintaining the core visual identity to ensure continuity and familiarity for employees.
