As the lead designer for Figma’s employee benefits campaign, I guided the creative vision and oversaw a team of production artists to execute an engaging, cohesive experience that aligned with Figma’s digital-first brand identity. The campaign included a Benefits Guide, Benefits Flyer, and a PPT template.
I provided three comprehensive campaign concepts for Figma to choose from and received stellar feedback.

The team ultimately moved forward with a fusion of concept 2 + 3. 
I also included two different icon styles for the team to choose from.

Through careful attention to detail and close collaboration with the production team, we achieved a unified design that was visually consistent, intuitive, and fully accessible to employees—ensuring the benefits information was both engaging and easy to navigate.
